Getting Leads on Flipping Properties

Hi,

My partner and I are just getting started in the house flipping industry. We have been scouring the internet but do not have access to MLS so it has been challenging. We live in Northern California (specifically Sonoma and Solano counties) and both work 50+ hours a week so it's hard to find the time to drive for dollars and send out yellow cards. Does anyone know of wholesalers in the area that strictly focus on finding deals and selling them to investors looking to flip?

Our goal is to eventually make the shift to full time real estate investing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Along with wholesalers, connecting with a investor savvy realtor who could set you up on an auto email for the mls, submit offers and run quick comps is an option as well.

If I come across some Northern, Ca properties I'll send them your way.
