REIA Washington, sourcing deals...
just went to my first REIA meeting in Bellevue, WA. Very good group, useful material. We heard from a panel of mostly hard money lenders on all kinds of requirements for funding.
Have you had much luck working with your local REIA?
Anyone source deals at the meetings? How do you ask?
