I haven't been active on here for years. I run a business which allows me to live anywhere. I have some saving and I'm currently in NYC. I'm looking to relocate as the market here is just too expensive for me. If you were in my place, which 3 locations would you put at the top of your list? Here is some background information. I am not married and have no children, so I'm free to explore all possibilities. I'd like to maybe start with a small MFR

It really does depend on what you're looking for, but Boise is pretty intriguing from both an investment and lifestyle standpoint. Population growth looks strong, reasonable prices, tons of cool stuff around, great weather, cheap flights to/from all the close major cities.
