Driving for dollars
Hello everyone,
I recently started driving an area I'd like to invest in. I've heard people describe how you can find the owner information from public records.
Can anyone go over the steps with me or recommend a podcast where it's discussed?
I live in Palm Beach County, FL.
Thanks for the help

@Chris Ruggiero I do this often and have the steps for you. Since you live in Palm Beach I included the website for Palm Beach.
Step 1. Go to Property Appraiser Website. You can google this for any county but here it is for Palm Beach: http://www.pbcgov.com/papa/
Step2. Type in the Street address into the address field.
Done!
You will find owner name, mailing address, when they purchased and purchase price. This is all public record.
Please PM if you need help with anything else.
Take Care,
Tiffanie Vendryes
