This overdue but I wanted to thank the Bigger Pockets community for all of the answers to questions that I received and have since been able to start acting on. Last July I was able to rent out my home and purchase another. I am in the process of working on doing it again. It was only after getting a great mortgage broker contact from someone in the BP community that I was able to move forward. I have not posted much lately because I have been working to make the next step happen. But I wanted to take a moment and say THANK YOU to the Bigger Pockets community for helping me to make this happen!
