Hello BP family. I am so excited about this new chapter in my life. I believe I've found a new passion in real estate investing. Although I've yet to do any deals I am full of knowledge in various aspects of REI. I learn something new everyday from podcasts, audiobooks, blogs, etc. So thank you all for your contributions to me and thousands of others knowledge base. I am coming to you guys today for your opinion. I wanted to get your opinions on when you think is the right time to consider yourself as a real estate investor. I sometimes introduce myself in such manner now, but am I wrong since I haven't done any deals? I'd love to hear everyone's opinion.

Hey @Dorian Jones. When is the right time??? The right time is always right now!! You become a real estate investor the minute you start thinking and acting like a real estate investor.

Learning new stuff is great, and I highly recommend it: Ultimately, though, you've got to get out there and do some stuff.

So, what kind of investing are you passionate about? Are you a landlord, rehabber, wholesaler, or something else? What, specifically, is keeping you from doing whatever investing you want to do right now??

You've already opened the book to a new chapter: Now it's time to turn the page!
