Wholesaling Advice for Newbie

I am trying to get started in the real estate investing field and need some guidance.  I am interested in wholesaling and would like to hear how some of you got started.  I am buying a primary residence in the next 3 - 6 months so funds will be tight.  I am planning on working with a hard money lender until I get a few deals under my belt and can use the profits to purchase a couple of rental properties.  As I said in the beginning I am just starting out and would like any tips on how to start from choosing a company name to how you purchased your first property for your very first deal.

there's so much to learn. Honestly I would strongly suggest that you partner with an experienced wholesaler and add value. Bring her Leeds and allow her to meant to you on how to turn them into deals.
