Hello BP family,
I'm a new member. I literally just found out about this earlier today. I accessed the website and was amazed at the wealth of information available. Little about myself I'm just starting out, I am a licensed realtor as of earlier this year. I am a father of 3, one boy two girls.
I've always been interested in real estate and am eager to get started, but most importantly to learn and do it right. I am not looking to get rich quick, but I am looking to strengthen my net worth again responsibly. I am in the process of establishing an LLC. I am a beginner so any information I can get would be helpful. Information specific to first steps to purchasing my first investment property. The best way to secure financing/capital. The best kind of financing/capital for a beginner. How to walk through a house and best determine what does need to be done or doesn't, etc etc. .

Welcome to the site! BiggerPockets is full of information (as you've already seen) and can answer just about any of your questions.
Are you targeting rentals, wholesaling or flipping? SFH or multi? Specific areas? These are all things you'll want to answer before you dive in so you can concentrate on being the expert at one thing.
