Showing a rental while being out of state
This might be a question that has been asking 10000 times, but say an investor has a property out of state and you don't use property management.
How would you show the property to prospective tenants if you're not using a property manager and you're out of state? Maybe a contact or a real estate agent? I heard this come up actually on a podcast and am curious.

Well, that's kind of why you have a property manager: to deal with things like this. If you don't have a property manager, you can hire a local Realtor to lease the home for you.
