Collecting Payment Method (House Hack)

I am just starting my first house hack and want to set up the tenant with auto-pay. What is the best method of doing this? Is there a way to direct the deposit without writing it to my personal name?

Also, I want to be seen as the "on-site manager" rather than the owner. 

Suggestions?
