Starting out on a new venture in Nevada, any advice on good sources of Seed Capital that may be exclusive to Nevada?

@Joshua Greenberg , you may want to repost this in the Nevada investment forum, you will likely get more answers there! Keep trying! Seed Capital is best raised at home, you will find the money you seek through effective budgeting and perseverance. Good Luck!

@Joshua Greenberg I would imagine urban Nevada is pretty tapped out on affordable real estate, not sure what the rural market looks like? Any ideas?

I am also trying to break into the Nevada market. Would love to have a house hack in sin city! Not sure if you can find an angel investor or seed capital investment group that can help you there, I suppose it depends on the type of project you will be undertaking in Nevada.

replied about 3 years agoI had invested in the Nevada market a few years ago, but it was both arduous and difficult. In my personal opinion, this was not a great market for my seed capital.

replied almost 3 years agoI have always stuck to the Chicago area since I began my REI journey. That said, the idea of having an investment I would need to go and check up on every now and then in Vegas sounds pretty tempting!

@John Krasner I found a pretty great credit financing solution. Message me and I will tell you about it.

@Account Closed I am a big rural fan, and fortunately it doesn't seem to matter what state you're looking at, rural real estate markets will always be pretty affordable and stable.
