Long distance investing (Dubai)
Hello everyone. My husband and I live in Abu Dhabi (near Dubai), UAE but we are from GA. We have started this journey on becoming real estate investors (in USA) and have hit a couple hurdles. I am looking for suggestions on obtaining funding (we have a good amount for a down payment and we have great credit) since we both work out of the country. We would like to focus on small multifamily properties for the first 2- 3 years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
