Under contract in Delaware County PA
Hello BP,
I am under contract for my first investment house. It is in Folsom PA in Delaware County. It’s a fully rented fourplex and I’m using an FHA loan so I will be moving into one of the units. I’ve already found out that one of the first few things I’ll be doing after closing is replacing the roof and updating the kitchens. I’m also planning on using a property management company, these tenants don’t seem to be trained very well and I’d like to have some professionals come in and get them in order. Any recommendations for roofers, contractors for updating kitchens, and property management companies in Delco PA?! Thanks!!
