Hey everyone! So I’m back in Philadelphia and I’m ready to start investing. I’d like to do my first house hack and could really use some help, tips, advice and/or suggestions. I’m looking forward to the feedback. TIA!

@Maritsa Cortes Here are my $.02

1) Start with plan for your investing business

2) Read the blog posts on house hacking right here on BP

3) Educate yourself on financing options/ choose the one that suits you

4) Check your credit report for inaccurate info

5) Become an expert in the market and the different areas that you wish to invest in

If you check all of these off the next step would be to assemble a team (Realtor, lender, contractor etc) and start hunting for the house you'd like to hack.
