Memphis property managers
Hi everyone, after some reading through Bl, I’m interested in investing in rental properties in Memphis, TN. Since I am new to REI and will be investing out of state, do you think it’s best to reach out to different property management companies first to see if they have any good location recommendations to look at? Or should I research different properties that works for me first and then talk to PM companies to see if that location is easy to rent out? Also, can anyone recommend any good PM companies, your advice is deeply appreciated. Thank you.
