Property Management in Philadelphia and the Surrounding Suburbs
I'm hoping the BiggerPockets community can help me identify the best property management companies in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
I plan to start out investing in triplexes and quadraplexes and believe that an excellent property manager will be, perhaps, my most important investment partner as I begin this endeavor. As a busy professional working more than 60 hours a week I am seeking a property management partner that will not just place renters and collect rent, but actively manage and monitor any rental unit I purchase and help me look for ways to improve cash flow. Any help the online community can offer in locating high quality property management companies in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
