New player to the real estate world
Hello BiggerPockets folks. I’m hoping I can get some advice. I want to be a real estate investor.i have 1 home I previously lived in that is currently rented. I’m preparing to sell another home and then buy a multi family. I am most interested in the BRRRR approach. I am not looking for or expecting a get rich quick scenario. I am sort of looking toward a ten year plan to meet my personal goals. I have done lots of online research, read books, listened to podcasts, and I’m always looking out there to see what the local market is doing etc. I have recently started to feel overwhelmed with all the information. Can anyone suggest a planning guide of some sort that will help me put my goals on paper and keep me on track with next steps. I am usually a very disciplined and organized person.
