I do real estate full time and love it. I started with nothing then quit my day job once real estate paid my bills and more. It takes time, work, patience; one deal at a time. I've learned so much on this site and continue to learn. I never bought a program or seminar. I have purchased books on amazon or used books on ebay over the years.
