Hello all! I am looking to get started in my journey as a investor. I have been studying the topic of real estate investing, but I’m not sure how myself can actually get started.  Thank you so much in advance!

Househack!!! There's even select programs that you can put 0% down i.e. 100% LTV. So you can get into a duplex, triplex or quad, live in one side and rent out the others and live rent free. Depending on where you are wanting to buy in Orlando there are still affordable options that can work out very nicely.
