Vacant Lot sale for First Time Investor
So I am just starting out as an investor in metro Atlanta. I've sent plenty of letters out and owners have been contacting me. I have two potential vacant lot sales and I'm just wondering if this decision is the right one for me as my first property with wholesailing... Would it be difficult to find (market to) cash buyers to invest in vacant lots, than single family vacant homes? All opinions greatly welcomed. Thanks in advance!
