Hello my name is Alex I needed a little advise in a situation I'm in. I got my Property Management Certification and I also got my real estate sales license. I am 23, very knowledgeable with computers hard working and I love real estate investing its literally my life. I'm looking to work for an investment firm small big doesn't matter I just want to work with investors selling buying and or leasing their properties and manage them while learning everything I can about real estate investing I've applied to many investment firms that have put up ads for help but it seems no one looking at my resume and I think its cause I have no actual experience. I work right now rehabbing two investors properties but Im more into the actual managing and selling and the business aspect.what should i do to get some one to even get me an interview. I need some advise can anyone help please!!!

Offer to work for FREE while you learn. If you have no experience that means someone will have to pay money to teach you (time wise) AND pay you a salary. No thanks.
