Hello Everyone, I am just starting out this adventure of house flipping. I'm looking for some recommendations for a legitimate mentor or mentoring program located near or in Baltimore MD. Everywhere I search someone is trying to sell me a dream or their dream. Knowledge is power and I'm pretty powerless without someone who's gone before me and who has been successful with flipping houses.  Thank you in advance!
