Hello Everyone, I am just starting out this adventure of house flipping. I'm looking for some recommendations for a legitimate mentor or mentoring program located near or in Baltimore MD. Everywhere I search someone is trying to sell me a dream or their dream. Knowledge is power and I'm pretty powerless without someone who's gone before me and who has been successful with flipping houses. Thank you in advance!

My question is " Is Quick Flips & Auto pilot a good tool to have for getting started in flipping houses"? I am wondering if I was sold a dream or could this really help me with my investing journey to flipping houses.
