Looking for Kansas City Contacts
My husband and I are heading to Kansas City next week to scout out the area and hopefully connect with some professionals and investors. We are new investors and new to the KCMO market. I've educated myself on the market, scoured the forums, and identified potential areas and even some potential properties on the MLS. Ideally, we're looking for small multifamily properties that have value add potential. Looking to connect with investment minded Real Estate Agents, Contractors, Lenders, Property Management Co, and other investors!
