What rent can I expect for small 1 bedroom apartments approximately 400 sqft? 2. What is the going purchase prIce for small one bedroom apartments In multI familys? 3. Which areas should I avoid? 4. Is the student rental market strong near the Medical university? 5. Looking for a GOOD honest property manager, any suggestions? Thanks

The area it’s in can be hit or miss for student rentals; it’s still in its infancy for development. Price largely depends on access to the BU bus line and condition.
