Advice for starter to real estate

Paul Kang
Posted
Hello I am new to real estate and here to get some guidance. I have been interested in real estate but didn’t have the capital to jump into this field. Now that I have some time and capital, I wanted to venture out on this field. I am really excited to buy turnkey properties but I don’t know where to begin and how to study for the area. I need some mentors to help me get some knowledge. It would be nice to get some guidance and excited to speak to you guys! Much appreciated.

Welcome Paul,  Get in the forums and discussions on turnkey, just search that term, grab a big cup of coffee and spend a couple of hours and I expect you will come out with some ideas on markets you like.  There is a LOT of info in here.  Take your time though, Turnkey can be great but you are essentially paying a premium for someone else to find the deal and pretty it up for you in a market you do not know...depending on the market you might have ongoing management challenges as well, higher vacancy etc.
