Starting up again need a little help
Hello, I am in the process of getting in the fix and flip and hold business. This will be my fourth property.However the last one was done 10 yrs ago. My question is there a one page offer to purchase agreement for investor to investor that you guys use? My previous buys were thru an agent. Are am I mistaken?
