Hello, I am in the process of getting in the fix and flip and hold business. This will be my fourth property.However the last one was done 10 yrs ago. My question is there a one page offer to purchase agreement for investor to investor that you guys use? My previous buys were thru an agent. Are am I mistaken? Thanks Daniel Yes it was the deal. If I knew what I know today everything would have been ok I should have gotten a loan and rented it out. The house was worth 250k easy and I had only 120 in it. So many things I could have done but I am going to use that experience in a big way. Getting back to our other subject my son is a captain in the Army. He did quite alot of competition in MMA but not ant more.
