Are there any benefits to getting a real estate license as somebody looking to just invest and not do the job full time?

@Michael Spindler this has been asked dozens of times. Search and you will find a lot of varied opinions. The primary benefit in your situation is access to the MLS for sold comparable sales. The trade off is the cost. It can cost as much as $2500 a year in various fees to be an agent.

I was an agent. I did not like it so I am no longer an agent. However my partner is so i get the advantages anyway.
