Hi curious what objections other agents have run into making cold calls during the corona virus? Also how have you responded to these objections?

As a brand new agent what is the impact on the Residential real estate market due to the coronavirus?

 I just got my license is it better to wait until this gets sorted out before I join a brokerage?

Michael as much as I would like to house hack finding something less than 750k in Fairfield county is incredibly rare.

As a first time home buyer my biggest disadvantage for my girlfriend and I is saving up for a downpayment. I see the State of Connecticut offers DPA programs but you have to make under a certain amount of income and can’t be co-ops.

Do other banks/lenders/brokers allow you to take out a second mortgage for your downpayment as a first time home buyer?

As a new agent what are some of the things I should be looking/asking for when looking for a team to join?

Hi All,

I am super interested in investing in mobile homes and hungry to find somebody to learn from. I am currently getting my RE agent license for the state of CT and can add value wherever needed ( Snow shoveling, marketing etc). If anybody knows somebody who invests in mobile homes in NY/CT area or invests themselves I would love to get in contact !
