As a new member part of the team are you asked to contribute to market costs or that’s covered ?

Hi John yes I plan I on being a full time agent but currently have a full time job which seems to be a positive out of the gate. When picking a team should there be a trial period of say 2-4 weeks where you don’t get paid and shadow other agents on said team ?

I am a new agent looking to join a team. What are some things to look for when interviewing teams?

Also, how do you split commissions as somebody brand new?

Hi Irene, I like the idea of finding a team to work for when getting started. Does this happen organically ?

Starting out this great journey as an agent, would like to start out with a business plan narrowing down a niche. Are there agents out there that just focus on buyers 100 percent of the time? If so, are you caping your ceiling or potentially hurting yourself during a market turn?

What is the best strategy to find out the economics of your city you want to invest in? This would include future projects the city has planned as well. Thanks.

Is it easier to foreclose on a tenant under a lease with an option to buy or a tenant that is paying owner financing??

If I gain access to my county’s parcel/Grand list will they have both the address of the property and the address the tax bill is being sent to.
