Hi John yes I plan I on being a full time agent but currently have a full time job which seems to be a positive out of the gate. When picking a team should there be a trial period of say 2-4 weeks where you don’t get paid and shadow other agents on said team ?

Starting out this great journey as an agent, would like to start out with a business plan narrowing down a niche. Are there agents out there that just focus on buyers 100 percent of the time? If so, are you caping your ceiling or potentially hurting yourself during a market turn?

If I gain access to my county’s parcel/Grand list will they have both the address of the property and the address the tax bill is being sent to.

I want to target “out of area” homeowners
