Hey guys, just a quick question,

I live in brooklyn where everything is over $1m, from an investment perspective, why would someone choose Brooklyn over say a different market where the homes are cheaper? I don't have a million dollars, so I am looking at different areas where I can invest, so why would someone go to Brooklyn over a cheaper area?

Chris
