Starting out....meeting with a realtor

Hello my husband and I are located in Killeen and this will be our first meet and greet with a realtor. I’m going to meet him tomorrow and I’m so nervous. What questions should I ask him?

(We’re not trying find a deal, strictly to receive knowledge and information. Hopefully he could provide me with some cash buyers)

 When you meet, just discuss your goals and see how you can build a mutual relationship and how he can put you in the right direction. You might also want to join local real estate investing groups in your area.
