Hello,

I'm interested in investing in buy-and-hold single family and small multifamily properties in the Fort Wayne area, and would love to connect with any investors in the area. I live in Southern California, but I'm from Ft. Wayne. Connecting with investors in the area would be enormously helpful as I continue to learn more about the market there.

Let's connect!

@Vincent Chen i have not really done flips, but I know couple people who are doing flips, so I assume there are some profits to be made. If you are interested in learning more about Ft Wayne area, i recommend you join the facebook REIA page. join the one called Fort Wayne REIA (Real Estate Investors Association). there are multiple REIA groups but that one is by far the best one in my opinion when it comes to having really knowledgeable people in the group.
