Having a Va, FHA, & 203K loans at the same time

I was wondering if I can use a VA, FHA, and a 203K loan on 3 separate houses in 3 separate years or can I only have one type of loan at a time? An example would be to use VA for year one, live there for 12 months, then use FHA in year 2 and live there for 12 months, then in year 3 use the 203K. Thanks in advance for any insight.
