KC Investing Trip this weekend
Headed to the KC area for the weekend. Already familiar with the area but plan to spend some time looking around and vetting out opportunities. Can anyone recommend any wholesalers in the area?
Looking for BRRR, flips or properties priced right for buy and hold with good cash flow.
Any recommendations appreciated.
