Hi Everyone, Ive been looking into real estate for a very long time but haven’t had the money to really start off. Just wondering how much money do I need to actually start?. My credit score is very good as well I know that helps tremendously.

@Christian Ortiz another strategy is partnering with a money person who doesn’t have the time to look for deals or manage the investment.

You do the groundwork, analyze and find and manage the deal, and he provides the cash needed and or mortgage.

You can then split the profits 50/50.
