I’m actually renting at the moment and trying to save, been looking at houses in New Jersey and Connecticut cause it’s way cheaper unlike NYC, would love to Rent out multi family homes and eventually flip from time to time

Hi Everyone, Ive been looking into real estate for a very long time but haven’t had the money to really start off. Just wondering how much money do I need to actually start?. My credit score is very good as well I know that helps tremendously.
