Murder suicide duplex, any experience?
Inquired about a possible rental duplex. My agent told me that the property had a murder/suicide within the past year. Anyone have experience with this in any of their deals?
If so what were some of the obstacles, if any, should I expect?
Also could I use that as leverage to negotiate price?
Seller is also an investor.
