Solar panel installation
We currently live in our house and plan to for another 5 years. We then want to turn it in to a rental. We are considering adding solar panels which will cost me nothing for the panels but need to sign a 25 year contract with the solar company. I plan on holding the property but am concerned with having to rent it out and forcing tenants to only have solar as an option? Is this an issue anyone has dealt with and does anyone have and advice?
