Hi Everyone, I am just starting out and looking at purchasing a multi-unit in North East Ohio, Cleveland Area. Could anyone provide some good construction and Inspector referrals?

@Lisa Rodriguez You may be better off trying to accomplish both at once. What I mean is finding a property manager that also has a contractor that they work with or even in-house people. Others may disagree with me but when i have gone the route of getting my own construction person in Cleveland to work on my hoses or duplexes out there, either the PM or a Section 8 inspector has managed to "find" things that still need work done. In the end sometimes it may be more economical and timely just to find a PM that has the resources to do both. What zip code in Cleveland are you looking at?
