Your very first property

I have some concerns about your first purchase. Im new and have been researching the real estate buisness. I would like to know
on your very first real estate purchase I would like to know how you did it. What vehicle did you choose and what strategy did you execute? From starting to exiting. How much did you pay, how did you finance, what did the market look like, how long did you hold it, all the ins and betweens on purchasing that first purchase.
