How to Structure a Mentorship

Hi everyone.   I was approached recently by someone asking me to mentor them in wholesaling.  They suggested a 50/50 split for any deals they come across in exchange for my coaching.   How have yall put that into writing with your mentees?  Also. How would we structure a profit split if they are wholesaling by contract assignments?
