Welcome to Lubbock, Stewart! Try looking at buying from wholesalers.  Right now, the market is rippin hot so its difficult to find discounted property.

Lubbock is a great market. I am an agent and a wholesaler here.  We have very low inventory right now, and houses are selling like crazy.  Certainly a sellers market. Im definitely seeing more buyers picking deals up from wholesalers as a result.
