Hey everyone. I didn't have much luck with the search function. There are a gazillion threads about podio.  However, I am looking for a robust, automated CRM for wholesaling that doesn't have a monthly subscription. Something I can just buy outright and use.   I know there are some CRM builders on here.  I am your target buyer.    Does anyone have a line on such a product?

Hey Blake. First off, congrats on finding real estate. This is a path very few people will travel and it is a very wonderful thing. I'll send you a PM. There are some great options and no money down is very doable here.

@Cassandra Sifford absolutely. The trick is to stay focused and keep making steady action. Deals will come, but you have to keep the ball rolling. It won't roll itself

 I am not targeting burned houses, but this was a very good find!  I drive at least once a week for about 3 hours.  sometimes up to 3x per week. I have knocked out a good part of the city so far. So now I am just letting the direct mail do its thing. 

 I'm totally up for it!
