Owner is an LLC... I have a question
Hello All,
I am a REI (wholesaler) in Pg Maryland. I have a question. If the owner a property is an investment LLC Owner should I back off.
I was Driving For Dollars and noticed the property had y’all grass and looks like a notice to clean sign on the door. What would you do next?

@Michael Nwabueze LLC's show that the owner is an investor and has skin in the game. For the creative financing side of my business, I prefer to deal with LLC's. It shows sophistication and even if the property isn't for sale, chances are they have other properties they'd be willing to part with. Tired landlords have strong motivation 😉
