20 Y/O - READY TO MOVE ON MY FIRST PROPERTY
Hi all!
I am a complete newbie to Bigger Podcasts and real estate investing as a whole, however, I am interested in learning and soaking in as much knowledge as I can while on this journey and I believe this is a good start with BP.
My name is Jacob, I am based out of the Columbus, OH area, I have acquired a decent amount of savings (capital) through a company I started about 3 years ago. My business has completely paid for my schooling and I am now interested in making my money work for me even more. I am interested in mainly buy & hold, cash-flowing properties that I can build my portfolio with.

Welcome Jacob. I'm a new investor as well but about 8 years older than you. Great job starting early. My recommendation is to learn through BP as much as you can and start attending real estate meetups around your area. That's the best way to meet people. Columbus is a great market. I also think it's important you pull a trigger on a house, doesn't have to be a home run on the first one. It's more important you learn and overcome obstacles on the first one than to actually become rich from it.
