Anthony, every investor takes a chance every day on every project they acquire, lease, rehab, manage, and more. But "these chances" are actually calculated risks based on risk-reward. What you've brought to the table is a dream. Those are normally self-funded or funded/gifted by the Bank of Mom/Dad. If you want investors to consider doing business with you, then put a deal together and come up with a detailed business plan with costs, time frame, ROI. You'll also want to include what you bring the table - whether it be experience, labor, etc. Investors "invest" - this is a business for us. If you want to "grow in this business" then learn it, be it, do it. And, you should start looking for investors/mentors in your home town. Go to work on this, Anthony. That's how we do it every day.
