Increase Airbnb Cash Flow

Hello Everyone:

My wife and I just moved to a different part of the state and turned our single family home into our first STR using Airbnb. It's been going OK so far; we've had to put money into it for August and will as well for September, but that's mainly startup costs to get it going (initial landscaping, big cleaning services upfront, stocking supplies). We hope after this period, we will start seeing regular cash flow once our expenses normalize.

My question is this, does anyone have any ideas of how to increase cash flow? We're working on the obvious things now that would help such as getting good reviews, and improving processes (which will hopefully lead to more bookings). Can you think of any other ways we can get creative with increasing our cash flow?

Any ideas are appreciated!

@Richard Sherman thanks for the tip! Yes we definitely need to stay on top of events, and I just got the process started today to list on the other platforms as well
