VA loan occupancy period

I'm curious what is the occupancy timeframe that one would need to potentially qualify for a second VA home loan. I know this is possible (people PCSing from duty stations) but I have been unable to find out how long one must live in their home before they can move out and potentially rent it. Is it one year like the FHA. Any info would be appreciated.

@Wesley Whitehead I believe the time frame to be able to rent out a VA loaned property is 2 years as a resident first. Check out @davidpere YouTube about VA loans and see if that has the answer to your first question.
